The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers.

Leadership

Many scholarly books, journals, papers, and conversations worldwide state no universally accepted definition of leadership exists. There are leadership quotes, guides, training, and billions of records from 720 A.D. to today. There are many forms of leadership, from self, team, or many groups at once, performed by individuals, organizations, teams, companies, and countries. It can be recognized thousands of years after it is performed and forgotten within seconds after being recognized. Something this dynamic must have a foundational definition that works within all use cases and scenarios. Below is one of our leading author's attempts to discover this foundational definition. Please join this author and publisher within our daily newsletter and social media sphere to expand, explore, confirm, or break this down to a final and acceptable universal definition of leadership.

Leadership is the act of influencing (with actions, sounds, or data) resulting in a difference (In thought, perception, or direction) that causes a change (in action, results, or being) typically measured by movement (thoughts, ideas, action, and other performance indicators).
